At this time, the only insurance that we participate with is traditional, government issued Medicare. We will submit our charges to Medicare and your secondary insurance (if applicable), on your behalf. Any remaining charges, which are usually minimal depending on deductibles and coverage, will be billed to you. We DO NOT participate with Medicare Advantage plans or commercial insurance, therefore, payment is expected at the time of your visit. We will provide you with any information you will need to submit the charges to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. Contact our office, if you have any questions
Cancellation / No-Show policy
We confirm all appointments to the phone number you provide to us. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be imposed. If you do not show up for your appointment a no-show fee will be imposed. We ask that you please be considerate to other patients who could have been seen at that time we had reserved for you.
Medication Refills
Please have your pharmacy contact us for prescription refills. We take care of them within the same day of receipt, during office hours. Any Class II narcotic refills (Percocet, Vicodin, Morphine, etc.) require an office visit in order to be refilled. You must contact our office to schedule an appointment. This is an FDA requirement.
